A copper electrolytic refining plant is a turnkey production line that converts copper-bearing scrap, blister copper and PCB-recovered copper powder into 99.99% (4N) cathode copper conforming to Cu-CATH-1 (GB/T 467) and LME Grade A.The line combines fire refining and anode casting with pulse electrorefining, electrolyte purification, cathode handling, anode slime precious metal recovery and closed-loop acid mist, NOx and wastewater treatment. Comprehensive copper recovery is 95%+ at a current efficiency of ≥ 95%, and 99.999% (5N) copper can be produced on request for high-purity applications.
